Charlotte Peoples, MPH: Practice Manager

Originally from Westchester, NY, Charlotte moved to the Vail Valley in January 2016 and joined The Steadman Clinic in May 2019, when she helped start Dr. Vidal’s practice at The Steadman Clinic. She is the Practice Manager for Dr. Vidal’s team and serves as his assistant and surgery coordinator.

Charlotte attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa as an athlete on the Women’s Crew Team, Roll Tide! She has a BS in Exercise Physiology + Kinesiology. She completed her Masters in Public Health from George Washington University in 2017.

Kaitlin Mast, MS, ATC

Kaitie was born and raised in Rockbridge Baths, Virginia. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training in 2019 from James Madison University. While at JMU, she completed clinical rotations with men’s soccer, track/field & cross country, women’s basketball, football, and lacrosse. She has volunteered at the Boston Marathon & Marine Corps Marathon, and completed a Sports Medicine study abroad program in Ireland. Kaitie continued her education at Virginia Tech where she received a Master of Arts Degree in Education in 2021. While at Virginia Tech, Kaitie served as the graduate assistant athletic trainer for the men’s & women’s tennis teams, and the men’s & women’s swimming & diving teams. She presented her research titled, “Acute Traumatic Rhabdomyolysis in a ROTC Cadet and Collegiate Tennis Athlete” at the 2020 MAATA Meeting.

In her free time, Kaitie enjoys fishing, going to concerts, watching sports, and being outdoors. Kaitie serves our team as our Athletic Trainer and runs an efficient clinic for Dr. Vidal and handles patient coordination pre-op and post-op.
