Staci Palmore, PA-C

Staci is from Minnesota but grew up in Arizona. She was a surgical technologist for 12 years while completing her Bachelors in Exercise Science at Arizona State University and obtaining her Physician Assistant Masters degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. She moved to Denver in 2012 and has worked with Dr. Vidal since. When the opportunity came for Dr. Vidal to come to TSC, he knew he needed Staci to join him. She is Dr. Vidal’s right hand and an excellent resource for any and all clinical and surgical questions.

Haley Simmons, MS, ATC

Haley was born and raised in central California in a small town called Los Banos. She obtained her undergrad at San Diego State University where she received her Bachelor degree in Athletic Training. She then went on to obtain her Master degree in Health and Human Physiology: Athletic Training at the University of Iowa. During her time at Iowa she worked as the athletic trainer for the University’s softball team. Haley then traded in the corn fields for the Rocky Mountains and came out to Vail to complete The Steadman Clinic’s Athletic Training Residency program. At the end of her residency year she joined Dr. Vidal’s team full time where she works clinically both in the OR and clinic. In her free time Haley enjoys taking in all that Colorado has to offer year round from skiing to backpacking and everything in between!

Charlotte Peoples, MPH: Practice Manager

Originally from Westchester, NY, Charlotte moved to the Vail Valley in January 2016 and joined The Steadman Clinic in May 2019, when she helped start Dr. Vidal’s practice at The Steadman Clinic. She is the Practice Manager for Dr. Vidal’s team and serves as his assistant and surgery coordinator.

Charlotte attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa as an athlete on the Women’s Crew Team, Roll Tide! She has a BS in Exercise Physiology + Kinesiology. She completed her Masters in Public Health from George Washington University in 2017.

Kaitlin Mast, MS, ATC

Kaitie was born and raised in Rockbridge Baths, Virginia. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training in 2019 from James Madison University. While at JMU, she completed clinical rotations with men’s soccer, track/field & cross country, women’s basketball, football, and lacrosse. She has volunteered at the Boston Marathon & Marine Corps Marathon, and completed a Sports Medicine study abroad program in Ireland. Kaitie continued her education at Virginia Tech where she received a Master of Arts Degree in Education in 2021. While at Virginia Tech, Kaitie served as the graduate assistant athletic trainer for the men’s & women’s tennis teams, and the men’s & women’s swimming & diving teams. She presented her research titled, “Acute Traumatic Rhabdomyolysis in a ROTC Cadet and Collegiate Tennis Athlete” at the 2020 MAATA Meeting.

In her free time, Kaitie enjoys fishing, going to concerts, watching sports, and being outdoors. Kaitie serves our team as our Athletic Trainer and runs an efficient clinic for Dr. Vidal and handles patient coordination pre-op and post-op.
