Staci Palmore, PA-C

Staci is from Minnesota but grew up in Arizona. She was a surgical technologist for 12 years while completing her Bachelors in Exercise Science at Arizona State University and obtaining her Physician Assistant Masters degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. She moved to Denver in 2012 and has worked with Dr. Vidal since. When the opportunity came for Dr. Vidal to come to TSC, he knew he needed Staci to join him. She is Dr. Vidal’s right hand and an excellent resource for any and all clinical and surgical questions.

Haley Simmons, MS, ATC

Haley was born and raised in central California in a small town called Los Banos. She obtained her undergrad at San Diego State University where she received her Bachelor degree in Athletic Training. She then went on to obtain her Master degree in Health and Human Physiology: Athletic Training at the University of Iowa. During her time at Iowa she worked as the athletic trainer for the University’s softball team. Haley then traded in the corn fields for the Rocky Mountains and came out to Vail to complete The Steadman Clinic’s Athletic Training Residency program. At the end of her residency year she joined Dr. Vidal’s team full time where she works clinically both in the OR and clinic. In her free time Haley enjoys taking in all that Colorado has to offer year round from skiing to backpacking and everything in between!

Charlotte Morel, MPH: Practice Manager

Originally from Westchester, NY, Charlotte moved to the Vail Valley in January 2016 and joined The Steadman Clinic in May 2019, when she helped start Dr. Vidal’s practice at The Steadman Clinic. She is the Practice Manager for Dr. Vidal’s team and serves as his assistant and surgery coordinator.

Charlotte attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa as an athlete on the Women’s Crew Team, Roll Tide! She has a BS in Exercise Physiology + Kinesiology. She completed her Masters in Public Health from George Washington University in 2017.

John Badagliacco, MS, ATC: Athletic Trainer

John Badagliacco was born in Chicago and raised in the Northwoods of Hayward, Wisc. He joined The Steadman Clinic in 2021 as Dr. Armando Vidal’s Athletic Trainer. He provides clinical support to our patients and serves as a liaison between physical therapists and our team to ensure patients are continuing on the right path for recovery. Prior to joining TSC, he worked at the University of San Francisco, providing medical coverage for the Dons baseball team and overseeing the Athletic Training Student Aid Program.

John began his clinic experience at University of Wisconsin, where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree of Athletic Training and provided sports medicine assistance to their varsity sports. After passing his Board of Certification in Athletic Training, John worked full time at the University of Oregon while also completing his Master’s degree. While at Oregon, John worked with Football, Cross Country, Track & Field, and Baseball.
